Grow Free was born from a simple truth, today’s education system teaches children how to perform, but not how to understand themselves, their feelings, or their place in the world. It ignores the fundamental truth that to navigate life, we must first understand the universal laws that govern energy, emotion, and creation itself, the real curriculum for a conscious life.
Parents feel this gap too, wanting to guide their children, but often without the language to do so.
Grow Free is built for the world children are growing into, not the one we grew up in. In a time where technology can memorise and repeat faster than any human, children need something different, emotional awareness, creativity, attention, resilience, and real human connection.
That’s why Grow Free is parent-led and lived mostly offline. We use technology to reach families, but change happens through relationship, presence, and everyday life at home.
Grow Free doesn’t invent wisdom. It remembers, translates, and makes it liveable, for parents first, and through them, for children.
Who Am I?
I didn’t leave school with GCSEs. What I did leave with was a fire inside, a deep belief that I could create my own life. While the system told me I wasn’t enough, I told myself a different story: I will work for myself, from home, and I will never depend on anyone else to decide my worth.
That was over 17 years ago. And I’ve been living it ever since.
But let me be real: I didn’t come from a perfect childhood. From a young age, I had to fend for myself. I learned early what it meant to survive without guidance, and that survival shaped me. It made me resilient, but it also left wounds I later had to heal.
When I became a mother, everything shifted. Healing, unlearning, and remembering ancient wisdom stopped being just about me, it became about my child, and about breaking the cycles that schools, systems, and society keep repeating.
Now I’m here to share it with you. Not as a guru on a pedestal, but as a parent who’s walked this path, is still breaking cycles, and has proven that freedom isn’t a dream, it’s a daily practice.
Is it easy? Absolutely not.
Is it worth it? Absolutely yes.
Because here’s the truth: you only get two options in life, self-mastery, or suffering and chaos. Both are hard. But only one sets you free.
