Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Last updated:Â 2026
1. What is Grow Free?
Grow Free is a parent-led, self-journey of remembrance.
It is not a parenting method, a child programme, or a course to complete.
Parents walk their own inner journey, learning to notice, regulate, and respond consciously.
Children grow up inside that lived change.
Grow Free does not try to change children.
It supports adults in changing how they see, feel, and lead in everyday life.
2. Who is Grow Free for?
Grow Free is for parents and parents-to-be who are ready to take responsibility for the emotional and energetic environment at home.
It is for those who understand that:
-
behaviour is communication
-
change begins with the adult
-
no child needs fixing
3. Is Grow Free for parents or for children?
Grow Free is for parents and parents-to-be.
Parents read the material, reflect, and apply it in real moments.
Children do not log in, complete tasks, or “do the work”.
Children experience the change through:
-
how you respond
-
how you regulate
-
the environment you create
The work lives in the adult.
4. Is Grow Free a parenting course?
No.
Grow Free does not teach techniques, scripts, or behaviour strategies.
It is a self-journey of awareness and remembrance, lived through parenting, not performed as parenting.
You are not learning how to control outcomes.
You are learning how to respond consciously.
5. Does Grow Free replace school or education?
No.
Grow Free does not replace school, teachers, or formal education.
School focuses on academics and performance.
Grow Free focuses on awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious response at home.
They serve different roles and work side by side.
6. What will my child actually gain from this?
Grow Free does not set goals or outcomes for children.
Over time, children naturally absorb:
-
emotional awareness
-
calmer responses
-
clearer boundaries
-
resilience through lived experience
-
trust in their inner signals
This happens because the adult changes how they show up.
There are no guarantees, targets, or expectations placed on children.
7. How does the Grow Free membership work?
Grow Free is accessed through a private online membership library.
The journey is organised into 12 Pillars.
Each Pillar unfolds through a 4-week delivery stream:
-
Week 1 – Unveiling
Noticing patterns, reactions, and inner states. -
Week 2 – Knowing
Understanding what is driving those patterns and responses. -
Week 3 – Transforming
Regulating, integrating, and responding differently in real moments. -
Week 4 – Creating
Living the shift and allowing new patterns to take form.
The learning is designed to be lived offline, in everyday life, not consumed endlessly on screens.
You move at your own pace.
9. Is Grow Free spiritual or religious?
Grow Free follows no religion.
It works with awareness, responsibility, cause and effect, and lived experience.
References to energy or universal principles are offered as perspectives, not beliefs.
Nothing requires faith, ideology, or agreement.
10. Is Grow Free therapy or a replacement for professional support?

Yearly plans remain active for the full year.
After the trial ends, payments are non-refundable.
13. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes.
You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected].
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
14. What is the deeper intention behind Grow Free?
Grow Free exists to support a shift in how families live, one parent at a time.
When adults take responsibility for their inner world, how they regulate, how they respond, the environment around them changes.
This work is not about fixing children.
It is about adults remembering who they are.
As parents live differently, children grow up inside a different emotional and energetic environment.
That is how cycles end.
That is how families change.
That is how generations change.
Grow Free is not here to save anyone.
It exists to remind people of their responsibility.
