At Grow Free (www.growfree.life), we believe in clarity, choice, and personal responsibility. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Trial Period
All new memberships begin with a 14-day trial.
During the trial period, you can explore Grow Free and decide whether it is right for you. If you choose not to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Membership Payments & Refunds
After the 14-day trial ends, your selected membership plan will begin automatically.
Grow Free offers:

a monthly membership, or
-
a yearly plan, paid upfront
Once the trial period has ended, all payments are non-refundable.
This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, or early cancellation after payment has been processed.
3. Cancellations

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply. -
Yearly plans are paid in full and remain active for the full year.
Early cancellation does not result in a refund, but access will continue until the end of the annual term.
4. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal

All digital products sold by Grow Free, including but not limited to digital artwork, downloadable files, and e-books, are delivered immediately after purchase.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to receive immediate access to the digital product and acknowledges that they therefore lose the right of withdrawal.
For this reason, digital products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
